The Sales Support role plays a pivotal part at Unchained Leader, ensuring that our Sales Team is supported in the daily operations so as to run efficiently and impact the most lives.
You’ll manage the appointments and the contacts coming in, ensuring clean data and clean calendars, along with holding our Sales Team accountable and supporting them in the tasks they do in the day-to-day.
This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented, fast-action, analytical thinker who thrives working within a high-performance remote team.

Salary Range: $1,000-$1,200 USD/month
Eastern Time Zone Hours

We need someone who is DILIGENT, catches things that others don't, and holds a high standard for themselves and those they interact with.
JOB ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Most of the responsibilities below will be handled in our CRM, Go High Level. You will also need to know Calendly, Slack, and Google Sheets.
Its ok if you don't have experience in these platforms, we will teach you and you will pick it up quickly.
1. Agreements Support:
Assisting the Sales Team with contracts, ensuring client data is accurately populated.
Understanding how to create and send agreements for signature
Drafting and deleting voided agreements
2. Client Onboarding Items Support:
Assisting the Sales Team with ensuring that new clients have all the necessary onboarding items they need to get started in the program
3. Invoices Support:
Assisting the Sales Team with invoices to clients; creating new invoices, scheduling invoices, ensuring invoices are paid, and voiding unused or duplicate invoices
4. Calendar Availability Support:
Holding the Sales Team accountable and ensuring that slots dictated are the slots available
Reporting on the Sales Team’s calendars for data analysis
5. Bookings Support:
Assisting with the appointments booked on the Sales Team’s calendars
Merging contacts and being detailed to capture all relevant data in the mege
Ensuring that double bookings and duplicate bookings are resolved
Canceling and/or rescheduling calls
Reviewing applications of leads booked on the calendar to ensure lead quality
6. Sales Reporting Support:
Assisting the Sales Team with their end of call reports, ensuring that every enrollment has an accurate EOC associated with it for the proper date
7. Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information with discretion.
